Original Problem Statement: AMC/A9 is interested in helping the Air Force Network Integration Center (AFNIC) modernize how the Air Force adopts open source coding language package manager/debugging software. Ultimately, AMC/A9 and AFNIC would like to be able to make all open source software, and specifically, coding languages, accessible and up to date for everyone in the Air Force.
